Updated Definition of Household
A RESPONSIBLE-ORGANISATION may choose to raise a CASE about PERSON or HOUSEHOLD, for example, if
- they appear in a COHORT
- they present themselves as vulnerable
- they are referred by another organisation or professional An ASSESSMENT will capture new circumstance information and identify one or more NEEDs.
Each NEED can then have a REFERRAL to a SERVICE, offered by a DELIVERY-ORGANISATION.
